Well, yesterday Maya got her thumb pulled backward by another kid on the playground. The nurse wrapped it up and it was a bit sore but she held her own. I watched her crank on her pants pulling them up and figured we were on the mend.
This morning she went to school and seemed to be fine...however, when she got home from school she couldn't hold onto a water glass. So...off we went to the clinic to have it x-ray'd. After more than 3 hours...we figured out that it is a rough sprain. (And apparently the x-ray machine has magical healing powers...sigh.)
So...here we are.
